1 - How do I create a company account within the platform?
Go to the link: https://app.cargoplanning.com/register/ and enter the data in the CIF box.
Company data will be automatically retrieved from our database. After this step, fill in the blanks.
You will receive an email to validate your registration. You need to click on the validation link.
Also check the SPAM folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
2 - How do I log in to the platform?
Go to the login page: https://app.cargoplanning.com/login, enter your username and password.
3 - How do I recover my account password?
Enter the password reset link: https://app.cargoplanning.com/resetting/request, enter the
email address you registered with and you will receive an email with password change steps. Also check the SPAM folder if you didn't receive the email in your inbox.
4 - Why does the message "account disabled" appear?
At the time of registration you received an email with a link that you had to click on. Search for the registration email and click on the link you received.
5 - How can I see available shipping requests?
Access the Central Panel, a window with 4 boxes will open. Go to Details in the box that says Available.
6 - How do I submit a quote for available flights?
Access the Central Panel, a window with 4 boxes will open. Go to Details in the box that says Available.
On the right you will find the Bid button. A box will open in which you must enter price offer
(only this is required).
7 - How do I change my quote?
Go to the Order List and then the Auction section. The order page for which you have submitted price offers will open.
For each order you will have, next to the submitted price offer, a button called Modify. Click on it,
will open a box where you can change the price or add other data related to the auction (upload date, availability, etc.).
8 - How do I know if I have won or lost an auction?
Each time a bid ends and a winner is chosen, you will be notified by email.
You will also be able to view the races won in the Order List, Winning section.
9 - How do I confirm a winning order?
To confirm an order, you must enter the driver and truck details. Go to Order List -> Won.
Choose the race for which you want to confirm. On the right you will have 3 buttons, Confirm being dedicated
to enter driver and truck data.
10 - How do I cancel a winning order?
To cancel a won order, go to Order List -> Won. Choose the race you want to cancel.
On the right side you will have 3 buttons, Cancel is dedicated to cancel the order. Click this
and enter the reason for the cancellation, then tap Update.
11 - How do I find the shipping order?
You will receive the shipping order in PDF format via email or you can download it from the platform. Go to Order List -> Won.
Choose the race for which you want to order in PDF format. Click the View button and in the
documents section (scroll down the page) you will find the order in PDF format. Click Download to download it.
12 - How do I send the signed and scanned order to my customer?
Go to Order List -> Won -> View the desired order. You will have 3 buttons on the right, choose the Edit button
. A box will open where you can upload the necessary documents. Choose a single document and click the Refresh button.
13 - How do I mark an order as delivered?
Go to Order List -> Won -> View the desired order. You will have 3 buttons on the right, choose the button Delivered .
Click it and choose the status of the order and then click Update.
14 - I only perform certain routes, eg: RO - DE, RO - IT etc.
We recommend that you add these details to the platform in the Routes section, so that you receive invitations to add a price
only for flights to and from those countries.
