Follow the link: https://app.cargoplanning.com/register/ and fill in the Tax Identification Number. The information on your company will be automatically taken out from our database. Fill in the remaining blank information fields. You will receive an e-mail for validation of your registration. Click the validation link sent in the body of the e-mail. Also check the SPAM folder if you cannot find the e-mail in Inbox.
Go to the login page: https://app.cargoplanning.com/login, insert the username and password.
Follow the password reset link: https://app.cargoplanning.com/resetting/request, fill in the e-mail address that you used for registration. You will receive an e-mail containing the steps for password change. Also check the SPAM folder if you cannot find the e-mail in Inbox.
When you registered on the platform you received an e-mail containing a link for validation. Search for the registration e-mail and follow the link.
Go to Dashboard; a new window with four boxes will open. Click on Details in the Available section.

Go to Orders list and choose Auction. A new page containing the orders for which you bid will open. You can change the quotation by clicking the Edit button next to your quotation for an order. A new section will open, where you can edit the quotation and other information on the auction (Loading date, availability etc,)
You will get an e-mail notification each time an auction ends and a winner is chosen. You can also view the won shipping auctions by accessing the Orders List, Won section.
To confirm an order, you need to fill in the information on the driver and truck. Go to Orders List -> Won. Choose the shipping order that you wish to confirm. You can find three buttons on the right side of the section. Choose the Confirm button to be able to fill in the information on the driver and truck.
Go to Order list -> Won, to cancel a won order. Choose the shipping order you wish to cancel. You can find three buttons on the right side of the section. Choose the Cancel button to cancel the order, fill in the reason for cancelling and then click on Refresh.
You will receive the shipping order in a PDF document by e-mail or you can download directly from the platform. Go to Orders List -> Won. Choose the shipping you wish to see the PDF order for. Click on the View button the PDF order can be found in the Documents section (scroll down). Click on the Download button to download the PDF file.
Go to Orders list -> Won -> View the order. You can find three buttons on the right side of the section. Click on the "Modify" button . A new window will open, where you can upload the needed documents. Choose one single document and click on the "Refresh" button.

It is recommended that you add such details to the platform, in the section "Routes", so that you can get invitations to add a price quotation only for shipping orders from and to these countries.
